How To Use SyncSumo for Facebook Lead Ads in 3 Easy Steps
STEP 1: Sign Up & Connect Your Facebook Account with SyncSumo
After you receive your invitation, simply choose a plan that suits your needs. Our plans are based on a combination of email list size and functionality. If you need advanced features like WebinarSync and SmartLeads, then choose our Platinum or Enterprise account plans.
All accounts come with a free 14-day trial. During the sign up process you will be asked to login with Facebook. This will connect your personal Facebook account and all ad accounts you have access to with SyncSumo.
STEP 2: Add Your CRM/Email Autoresponder, Webinar & Other Connections
Now all you need to do is add your CRM and/or email autoresponder, webinar platform as well as any other platforms that we support that you would like to use with SyncSumo.
We support the use of multiple platforms in a single account for all of our paid plans so if you have more than one CRM or email autoresponder we can support all of them for you. Most platforms simply require an app name and/or API key to integrate with SyncSumo.
STEP 3: Create A New Lead Ads Distribution Campaign
Once you've created your lead ads form within the Facebook platform you can select the Facebook page and form you want us to sync for you.
All you have to do is decide where you want us to send your new lead data (CRM, email, webinar platform, etc), map the fields correctly and we'll start syncing your new leads in real-time for you automatically.

How To Use SyncSumo for Facebook Custom Audiences in 3 Easy Steps
STEP 1: Select the Facebook Ad Account You Want to Sync With
From the dashboard, click on "Custom Audience Syncing". Now you'll be asked to choose the Facebook ad account that you want SyncSumo to sync email and phone number based custom audiences with.
This will ensure that your custom audiences show up in Ads Manager and/or Power Editor when you are creating your Facebook ad campaigns.
STEP 2: Select to Use an Existing Audience or Create a New One
With SyncSumo, you can choose to sync your email/phone number lists from your CRM or email autoresponder with an existing Facebook custom audience that you previously created or create a brand new custom audience from scratch.
If your CRM or email autoresponder has multiple email and phone number fields, SyncSumo will check all of those fields to maximize your Facebook custom audience match rates.
STEP 3: Select the Email/Phone List or Segment You Want to Sync
In the final step you just need to select the email/phone number list segment that you want SyncSumo to automatically sync with the Facebook Custom Audience of your choice.
Lastly, we sync custom audiences every hour by default but you can sync less frequently if you'd like.
